In order to be able to reassign a workflow step you need to have been given the correct system permission. If you have not be given the relevant permissions, please speak to your organisation’s System Administrator who will be able to advise accordingly.

 

To reassign a workflow step:

From within the event, view the workflow steps


Click on the pencil icon next to the name of the individual currently assigned the step in the Assigned To column  


Select the new assignee in the Assign To box and click Reassign

 


Note for System Administrators – In order for a user to be able to reassign a workflow step they must have the Manage Workflow permission assigned.
