The initial email that you receive from Radar will include an account activation link. This link will enable you to set your own password and to access your Radar account. 


The link in the activation email is a one time only link and is only active for 48 hours from the time it was sent from the system. 


If your activation link has now expired, or if you followed it initially but did not complete the action to set your password, then you will need to be sent another activation email by your organisation's Radar administrator.


Please be aware, the Radar Support Desk will be unable to send an activation email to you, however if you are unsure who your system administrator is, please still get in touch and we can put you in touch with the correct person.
