To view all scheduled tasks, click on the Scheduled Tasks menu item on the left hand menu.



Here you will see a list of all Scheduled Tasks currently active in your system. You can choose to view your tasks by Category or by Location.



When you create a scheduled task, you assign the task to a category. Each category has a status, based on the status of all the tasks within the category.


  • Compliant - all tasks within the category are up to date and no immediate action is needed
  • Pending - at least one task within the category requires action 
  • Overdue - at least one task within the category has now passed it's required due date
  • Planned - all tasks within the category are due to take place in the future but are not yet in their pending period


If you view tasks by Location, each location will be assigned a status based on the status of all tasks for that location. 



To view a task, click into it from the scheduled task list. Here you will see each individual task along with the date it took place and any comments.
