Risk register analytics


A new Analytics dashboard looking at your Risk Register.


This dashboard includes reports on the following queries: 

  • Tracking all your current risks and their statuses
  • View the overall number of current open risks
  • How many of your risks do not have controls in place to help mitigate them.  View this by:
    • Scope (Location/Region/Organisational level risk)
    • The owner (the individual responsible for reviewing the risk)
    • Category of risk
  • The number of overdue risk reviews and view this by:
    • The owner (the individual responsible for reviewing the risk) 
  • Risks where target met but no controls in place
  • Risk matrix charts reviewing risks by likelihood and consequence 
    • The original score (Inherent risk) 
    • Current score  (Residual risk)
    • Target score (Target risk)
  • Fully exportable list of risk details and risk register




As with all our Analytics Dashboards, you can download the individual images, the data behind them, the full dashboard and selecting the numbers along the top for a table of the risks in question.


Also, there is a range of filters available enabling you to delve into the data.  This includes looking at specific risks by reference, or multiple risks by category or by tag, view risks by status, owner and more.


Finally, you can also make use of the Pulse dashboard and personal email alerts to be told of changes to your data to be kept informed and up-to-date with the information you need.


Please note: Scope permissions are not applied on the risk dashboard- A user with access to this dashboard can view all risk

Notice analytics


A new Analytics Dashboard for notices 

  • Track the number of confirmed notices - selecting this will bring up a detailed table of the data
  • The number of overdue non-confirmed notices - selecting this will bring us a detailed table of the individuals outstanding.  This also includes:
    • Non-confirmed notices by priority
  • Overdue non confirmed by priority and tag
  • The trend of notices requiring confirmation over time
  • % Confirmation by individual notice and by tag
  • Overdue non confirmed by priority and tag
  • Notices matrix report



As with all our Analytics Dashboards, you can download the individual images, the data behind them, the full dashboard and selecting the numbers along the top for a table of the notices in question.


Also, there is a range of filters available enabling you to delve into the data.  This includes looking at specific notices by subject line, the dates posted, by priority and you can tag similar notices together to see overall statistics (E.g. linking all COVID notices together using a tag).


Finally, you can also make use of the Pulse dashboard and personal email alerts to be told of changes to your data to be kept informed and up-to-date with the information you need.

Audit Enhancements


We have implemented some improvement to show the Audit table loads in Radar to increase the loading speed and the performance when filtering the audit table.





Enhanced custom lists


We have made some improvements to the design of the enhanced custom lists when a user is selecting items from then via a form, both internal and external forms.
